The Memorable Relations
Memorable Relations are the parts of the Heavenly Doctrine where the Lord gives us accounts of experiences Swedenborg had in the spiritual world. The Lord actually commanded Swedenborg to relate these to us as we can see in Apocalypse Revealed 962 where is says, “Since it has been given me by the Lord to see the wonderful things which are in the heavens and below the heavens, I must, from command, relate what has been seen.”
We hope these readings and discussions will help make the spiritual world seem more real than ever before!
The Sunday church service at the beginning of each week will be on the same topic as the Study group for the week. After Sunday you should be able to find a recording of the service under “Worship Services”, and a link will be placed below with the other information about that week.
Please read or listen to the daily readings before your Study Group meets. You can download them below or pick up printed copies at the church. If you do not have time to read all of the readings, click the “Show highlights” box on each page and read the highlighted portion.

An angel said, “This palace represents the dwelling-places of conjugial love as
they are in the human mind. The highest part of it, into which the turtle doves
entered, represents the highest region of the mind, where conjugial love dwells
in the love of good with its wisdom. The middle part, into which the birds of
paradise entered, represents the middle region, where conjugial love dwells in
the love of truth with its intelligence. And the lowest part, into which the swans
entered, represents the lowest region of the mind, where conjugial love dwells in
